Keep Fit with Your Walker!
Did you know that your walker is an exercise tool? Learn how to use your walker to help maintain your strength and independence. Lessons will focus on exercises that are specifically designed for older adults who use walkers. The main goal of this class is to improve balance, strength and posture. Don’t forget to bring your walker! Drop-in Adults $8/Seniors $7 space permitting.
